Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: Yes, just ask first
Fourthwalling/Canon Puncturing: Fine for characters to recognize him from playing Halo or something but ask me if you want somebody to deal with deeper backstory stuff, especially the Spartan program.
Powers: Enhanced physique (strength/speed/stamina), Power armor
Subjects That Bother You: Standard trigger warning fare (sexual assault, physical/psychological abuse, suicidal ideation, etc) so warn me if it’s coming up for some reason. If you’re not sure about something, ask.
Warnings: The Chief is a grown up child soldier. It probably won’t come up much in detail if at all, but it was kind of fucked up.
