This is in response to the anon crit given on 3/30/17 that starts with: "Hello! I wanted to voice a few concerns I've been having with the game..."
Hi anon!
Regarding issue 1: We've gotten a few complaints about this, and understand why you have concerns. Like we said in the anon response above, we do plan to address this. There have been no overt problems with ooc behavior, but it's still fair to have concerns about tone, frequency of certain events, and how certain things play out. The mods do plan to see what we can do to offset this with the npcs, by guiding the game with IC events, and/or facilitating ooc discussions between players to help people civilly work through these issues.
Since everything is mid plot, we'll be setting up ooc discussion after the current plots are over. We'll discuss the issue in more depth with the playerbase then.
Regarding issue 2, we have passed the crit along to the player. It's not a disciplinary issue, and at this time, we don't feel this is necessarily an ICness issue, so we don't plan to intervene, but we have communicated your concerns with the player in question. We do encourage you to possibly talk directly with the player in question to see if maybe you can find a solution. They have an HMD that is anon-enabled, if you would prefer it to stay anon.
If you do feel things start to press into being an ICness issue to such a degree it breaks the "Be IC" rule, and aren't able to come to an understanding with the player, let us know, and we can intervene from there. Otherwise, we have at least passed the crit along so the player can consider it.
We hope these sound like acceptable solutions, and if you have any other concerns, please feel free to air them.
